Negareh Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to portrait, event, commercial, and artistic photography.
All services are provided based on individual agreements made with the client.
3. Booking & Communication
- Bookings are confirmed via email or written agreement
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and project information
- Any changes to bookings must be communicated as early as possible
4. Artistic Style & Editing
- The photographer’s editing style is subjective and part of the creative service
- By booking a session, the client accepts the photographer’s artistic approach
- Requests for re-editing may be accommodated but are not guaranteed
5. Copyright & Image Ownership
- The photographer retains full copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Clients receive a personal or commercial usage license, depending on the agreement
- Images may not be sold, altered, or transferred to third parties without permission
6. Image Usage & Portfolio Rights
- Images may be used for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes only with client consent
- Clients may withdraw consent for image usage at any time by contacting us
- Images are never shared or sold to third parties without permission
7. Delivery of Images
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope
- Final images are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed
- Raw (unedited) files are not provided unless explicitly agreed in advance
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible
- Refunds or rescheduling are handled on a case-by-case basis
- No refunds are provided once photography services have been delivered
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring access to locations and subjects
- Obtaining any necessary permissions or permits
- Cooperating during sessions to achieve the best results
10. Limitation of Liability
- Negareh Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure
- Liability is limited to the value of the agreed service fee

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
