1. Services & Digital Products
As our services involve customized photography sessions and digital deliverables, all bookings and completed services are generally non-refundable.
Once a photoshoot has taken place or digital files have been delivered, refunds cannot be issued due to the personalized nature of the work.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule their session by providing at least 24–48 hours notice prior to the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made within this time frame may be eligible for rescheduling but not a cash refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the booking deposit.
3. Deposits
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future session if proper notice is given.
4. Unsatisfactory Service
If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your photos.

- Offer reasonable edits or corrections
- Provide a solution where possible
Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered in exceptional circumstances.

If you purchase printed photos, albums, or other physical items:
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
- Replacement or refund will be issued after review
Custom printed items are non-returnable unless faulty.
